Pilot entrance exam eligibility :

The eligibility criteria for almost all pilot entrance exam is more or less the same. You need to pass 12th with PCM, Physics Chemistry and Math with a minimum of 60% of marks. The IGRUA eligibility criteria is a minimum of 10+2 level of education with English, Maths, and Physics subjects. The minimum aggregate marks in Maths and Physics should be 55% for General category and 50% for SC/ST/OBC candidates for the government pilot entrance exam. The minimum age of the candidate shall be 17 years.

Age should be between 18 to 32 years. Minimum qualification should be 12th pass with a minimum score of 51% / Grade Point 6 / Grade C1 in each subject Physics / Mathematics / English or a Higher Degree in these subjects with a minimum of 51% marks. Candidate must be an India national or hold an Overseas Citizenship of India. Possess a valid Indian Class 1 medical certificate with no limitation. Candidate should be fluent in English - both written and verbal.

Pilot Entrance Exam Syllabus :

The motive for any pilot entrance exam is to check your essential ability to become a future pilot. It is all about your basic science knowledge, multitasking ability, smartness, quick response, decision making, assertiveness, personality, data analytical skill, English, and many more. Only being good in Physics and maths does not guarantee your selection in the pilot school entrance exam. Having all other skills with imperfect knowledge in Physics and Maths also doesn't qualify the pilot requirement. Each pilot entrance exam has its particular syllabus, and students need to prepare according to the program. The written exam syllabus for IGRUA is general English, Maths, Physics, Reasoning & Current Affairs (10+2 level objective type questions only, and No negative marking ). After passing the written test, students need to go through a Psychometric / personality test. For the cadet pilot program, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning, Technical knowledge and Application, Language Skills, and Awareness Quotient are some areas to focus on. The technical expertise and application come under the STEM - science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Books for Pilot entrance exam :

I don't find any particular pdf book that can be suitable for focusing on all the different subjects for the entrance exam. Because the areas of the syllabus are so versatile, you need to refer to various books. There is no alternative to your 12th Physics and Maths book. But it would help if you practiced a lot of MCQ questions, know the theory of Airline Psychometric, Pilot aptitude & reasoning, general and aviation English, multitasking, and memory tasks. Coaching for Pilot entrance exam :

You can join the NDA coaching center in your city if you want to appear for the NDA entrance exam. But for a commercial Pilot entrance exam, such kind of coaching is hard to find.
