About the Programme:

• Successful candidates undergo a rigorous 14-month intensive training program in collaboration with FTE Jerez, the preferred flight training school, located in the scenic south of Spain.
• Upon completion, the future pilots return to Aer Lingus to commence a type rating course on the Airbus A320 family of aircraft, marking the beginning of their long-term career with the airline.

The Application Process:

• Meeting the essential educational criteria, such as specific grades in the Leaving Certificate or equivalent, is essential.

Next Stages of the Process:

• The application deadline is Wednesday, 16th August 2023, at 17.00 GMT.
• After thorough screening, successful candidates will undergo online assessments within a given timeframe.
• Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a group assessment stage in Dublin between Monday 25th September and Friday 13th October 2023.
• The selection process includes passing a Class 1 and a company medical.
